Product details

Aluminum bronze:
The aluminum content is generally not more than 11.5%, and sometimes some iron, nickel and manganese elements are added to further improve the performance. Aluminum bronze can be heat-treated, and its strength is higher than that of tin bronze, and its high temperature oxidation resistance is also good. High strength good wear resistance for high strength screw, nut, copper sleeve, seal ring and other parts, and wear resistant parts, the most prominent feature is its good wear resistance.

Character:
The MHCA 18.136 is derived from the MHCA 18. By special heat treatment of MHCA 18, the impact resistance is increased by 40% without affecting the tensile strength (please refer to impact power), and the compression ratio limit increases by 10%.

] Application:
MHCA 18.136 is a special alloy material for steel works. Typical applications include slider, nut and other applications where friction and severe impact occur.
