★Character:
MHCA 22 is a two phase alloy consisting of 50% 2 phase and beta phase. MHCA 22 has high hardness, excellent load carrying capacity, excellent slip and abrasion resistance. The elongation of MHCA 22 is very small. Attention should be paid to protecting materials and avoiding material processing into thin sections.

The applications of MHCA 22 expertise are metal forming or stainless steel deep drawing. If the drawing stroke is longer, the thickness of the stainless steel is relatively large, or the caliber of the product is large, and the tolerance dimension is relatively strict, AMPCO can be selected as 25.
